Our room did not get cleaned, despite communication with the cleaning staff. When we asked for clean towels, because we didn’t get any, we were told to exchange the others first. We had to pay an extra amt for a child- despite us having already paid for a 2 bed room with a sofa sleeper. (Only 3 total in room). Breakfast was lacking the basics and offered an omelet bar, but there was no one to make them. The idea that I can’t receive reward points for the stay because I booked through Expedia is also ridiculous.

Dear Sarah Davis, Thank you for your survey, We have checked with Housekeeping record and your room have DND sign on the door so Housekeeper couldn't clean your room and also fresh towels always available at Front Desk after Housekeeper service time done. Our price is change by number of guest that is why when Front Desk person updated number of people for your reservation price reflected with that. Receptionist seemed agitated when I requested missing bedding for the room sofa bed. Didn’t want to provide pillows either.
