When we first got there to check in, nobody was there to attend us. And the lady that came over to help was in drugs. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and with bad attitude. Cannot believe the owners have people working like that. Horrible experience

Kindly be informed that the person that checked you in was not “in drugs” rather just a little tired from working hard. Hope you get well soon.

Friendly right next to several food options and walking distance to Safeway and grocery outlet and rite aid

The property was easy to access good for mobility impaired. The linen was old and stained. The heater? Noisy and rattled. I did not turn it on and the room was cold and damp. You get what you pay for. One night was okay

When checking in i was asked if i could cancel my stay there all together and when i had asked why she sighed and said its whatever with a rude tone worst hotel

Thanks for your review, you were asked to cancel your reservation since your credit card had declined, hence asked for deposit for security and we can totally understand your frustration. Sorry for the inconvenience but it’s hotel policy to collect deposit if your card had declined. Have a nice day.

Quick easy check in. Room was clean and quiet. Its nothing fancy but it gets the job done.
