To make a long story short kept getting locked out of room because card kept demagnetizing and it was a long walk every time I had to go back to the desk to get it charged. Staff was untrained, unhappy seemed to me (I would be too if I worked there) really strange room arrangement not what was presented at booking. No snacks in the lobby area completely bare! Rooms were old out of date run down.We finally took a early checkout (at a fee) and went next door for the rest of our stay and that was a much, much better option for the same money! Do yourself a favor and do the same this property has clearly given up on providing a decent place to stay.

Once upon checking in we found our room completely dirty and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere.

The service & friendliness of the employees was awesome. The hotel & room was clean but the room might need a bit updating w/ furnishings. I would definitely stay again!

I didnt like i had to take my dirty towels all the way to the front desk to get new ones and couldn't get the room serviced unleas we provided a 24 hour notice. Also they put me an a ADA room when i didnt need that.
