We had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Milton. We were driving to north Florida looking for a place to stay and were in Williston Florida. We went on-line and searched available rooms in Williston Florida and this one came up as the last one available, so we booked in immediately. I then asked for directions to get to it and that's when I saw the room was in South Dakota. I immediately tried calling many times with no answer, then went on-line to try to cancel the room and got a message that it was non-refundable. So as a last-ditch effort I sent an e-mail explaining what happened and did not receive a reply at all. Now I see that the full charge went through anyway. I never would wish on anyone what we just went through, but seeing that you appear to be taking advantage of the situation, I am hoping that you have to deal with a similar situation in your future.

I did get ahold of the 3rd party and let them know your situation, I also cancelled the reservation at our motel which is in Williston, ND. The 3rd party knew I cancelled on my end and they are the ones that received your money not us. They also told me that they were cancelling the reservation on there end. Please contact your 3rd party that you booked it through to get your refund. I also waived the cancellation fee on this end.
