Everything was great! Staff were excellent and I felt at home. Would highly recommend . This was our 2nd trip .

Nice property in a beautiful setting. Great staff. Was under renovation so could not experience some of the amenities.

Really not enjoyed, it was never informed renovation going on in tg8s hotel. If it was known never booked. Paid a hefty amount much higher than hotels in down town. Never expected and disappointing.

Beautiful hotel and views, good food, breakfast and very nice bar. Staff very friendly efficient and helpful. Enjoyed the evening boat ride and pool is amazing, you can see river dolphins sometimes. Small point of feedback is in relation to maintenance and attention to detail. Cupboard doors were not closing properly, there was a sticker on the toilet seat, soap dispenser in lounge toilet was dirty. But no major issues, we had a wonderful time

I had 2 rooms booked for a family of 5. I was given 1 in the heritage wing and 1 in the tower wing. The front desk mentioned they will upgrade us to be together and moved us to the tower wing. the room didnt have dual charger plugs, the hot water in the shower was not working and the guest checkin and buffet was sub standard to The Taj experience we are accustomed to. However, the overall stay, the bar and property location is amazing and enjoyable!!! Manager was very helpful and provided voluntary assistance without even complaining.

Customer service in one of the restaurants Pepper was bad. Check out in AM at 445 AM also was not good. Agent should learn how to deal with customers.

Fabulous Stay at Taj Malabar
