Great room service, nice breakfast and great coffee. Bed was super firm (not a fan), room had a blinking fire alarm in it and lack or shower screen drenched our bathroom. Staff were really nice and helpful. Overall, good place to stay right next to the airport.

Over priced but we had no choice. Extreme price didn’t even include breakfast. No airport pick up so we were left to walk from airport with luggage. At such an extreme price pick up should have been offered. Would never recommend this service or organisation.

Thank you for your review. We don't advertise a shuttle service and breakfast wasn't included in your rate. To criticise us for not including those things when you clearly saw they weren't, isn't a fair or accurate representation.

We were given wrong information about opening time of the airport. As we were carrying medical equipment and insulin pump which meant we could not go through the scanner we caused a huge line up at security. I asked how we could have prevented this. They told me we needed to get there much earlier. Your front office lady did not know that the airport opened at 4:30am. She told us 5:30am. We could have saved a lot of anxiety for us and frustration for airport staff if we got there earlier.

Always greeted with a lovely smile from Mariela. Room is lovely and clean and bed so comfy. Haloumi burger is so good. A lovely happy greeting in the morning from Arash at reception, nice way to start the day. This is why I always choose this hotel
