We booked for a Saturday stay. The water was freezing, fuzz and hair were floating in the hot tub. They double booked our room so we had to wait for another one. The heater in our room didn’t work right and when I went to take a shower there was hair on the wall in the shower. Needles to say we won’t be back

Posted 5 Dec 2021 on HotelsThe hot tub was not working, again, upon our 2nd family trip/stay. We had no in-hotel access to ice or amenities, without going outdoors, and entering back into the main portion of the hotel. And there was no in-room telephone, with which to contact the main desk, or anyone at all.

Waterpark was great for grandkids. Things were not kept well-stocked

So not worth the money I paid. Dark, dingy, poor lighting in and out. I almost thought the hotel was closed

Sorry that you felt that way I have sent a message to get some more information to fix these things. I know that with the remodel our goal has been to brighten up the place instead of having the dark colors.
