The staff was the best, especially the breakfast staff and omelet chefs! Everyone was very happy and respectful. The facility was clean and well kept. Easy access to Busch Gardens, outlet and Colonial Williamsburg.

We are so glad they changed the front desk staff. The current staff was kind, professional, and attentive. Although the place was clean and well run l, the in suite bathrooms need tlc. Made to order breakfast was wonderdul. We will come back.

I was surprised at the price we were able to get our rooms. This place lived up to the name. The inside was elegantly decorated for Christmas. The staff was friendly. The atrium was a beautiful place to hang out, and they probably have the best free breakfast you’ll find at a hotel.

Hot water heater went out. Could not take hot shower last 2 days there. One employee told me that hotel always puts band aids on issues like hot water boiler to save money.

Everything went well, no issues or complaints. Loved the breakfast and evening reception. My room (500) could stand some cosmetic attention but otherwise it was great and i shall return!
