The room was clean, beds were good but firm, I have no complaints about the room. The rest of the hotel was well used. Stained carpets, chipped paint, marked walls, missing carpet in some places. The property has the potential to be a better hotel it just needs a refresh.

We arrived to be told our reservation did not exist. I have tried reaching a real person at expedia but cannot find a phone number to a person.

Needs renovation extremely bad, wall paper was held together with staples in places and simply falling off walls in other places. Over all the place just doesn’t look nice at all. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star resort to begin with but it still came in under my expectations. Things like blankets ripped up and falling apart so they put an extra sheet over the blanket to hide it. Would have to unplug the refrigerator to use the microwave. Only one elevator works and it was on the other side of the property. The breakfast was very limited and not good at all.

Found roaches in the room, bath tub was not cleaned hair all over, bed one corner broken. Carpet never cleaned

The property was average. We had to ask several times to get some things fixed.

Joleans is amazing..bathroom by bar is horrible..website said hot and pool but they are all out service...and days free breakfeast nothing..going thru remdoel and needs to be done asap
