Light switch broke on me, didn’t get refunded my $100

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the broken light switch was not reported until you checked out so the issue was not fixed during your stay. The authorization hold for 100 was released at check out. Please note there would not be a refund as it was not a charge but a hold.

Very old property not well maintained. We had plumbing issues twice. No WiFi. Restaurant service and food good. Very friendly staff. Only towel drop for room service. Could not get the tv to work. 1/2 residents and 1/2 hotel. Definitely like a senior retirement community. Price was good so you get what you pay for.

Hotel was very clean and staff was really nice, but no Wi-Fi, bar or restaurant and the rooms are very outdated.

I wrote it already down in my complaint , nothing else is to add
When we arrived in the evening, nobody knew about our reservation, there was obviously a bad communication between CheapTicket and Coral Beach Hotel
