The Days Inn is clean & comfortable. The staff is courteous & professional. The convenience of the the restaurant next door really made the trip nice

This two story hotel has neither an elevator nor an access door to the stairwell. So, if you happen to have the pleasure of being in a room near the stairs you get to enjoy the boom of people running up and down the stairs at all hours of the day or night. This was by far the noisiest hotel stay. There were dogs barking and people running up and down the hallway and stairs talking and cutting up. I know they cannot predict guest behavior but the walls were very thin and you could hear everything from the stairwell like it was Dolby Digital.

I don’t ever write disappointing reviews but if you are traveling with children please make sure to pack your own cribs. The hotel advertises having these available but they only have 4 on property. We had 2 young children in our 2 booked rooms - we needed the cribs. I called earlier that day to confirm since we were arriving late at night and the staff could not locate the cribs. I had to book another hotel to accommodate our group of 7 and after trying to work with Expedia and the Hotel directly to get a refund or even partial, was told cribs are first come first serve basis and nothing could be done. I personally have never had an issue getting a crib at any hotel. I understand there are policies to uphold to l, but I don’t think they should advertise as being family friendly and offering cribs. By not advertising ‘cribs,’ I would have packed my own or just booked elsewhere. I booked this hotel in particular thinking it was 1 less thing to pack for our trip. Just a disappointing outcome. I should have called before we left home to confirm this but I honestly didn’t know it would be an issue given other hotels we have stayed at before where cribs were offered. I can’t comment on anything else, property looks nice, but it would have been difficult to sleep without cribs for the babies.

The property is very clean as well as the rooms. Our room had a shower only. I didn’t see an Elevator, ask if that is important to you. I believe the elevation is past 7000 feet in the area.
