The room that was giving to me and my wife was not the greatest for our anniversary

The resort is small but very beautiful with amazing views and clear blue waters. I stayed at Sunscape for 7 days and spent much time out of the resort. The dining options were limited and they oftentimes ran out of menu items and even drinks. I had more meals outside of the resort than inside, which unfortunate as my package was supposed to include meals. I was mostly disappointed with the staff at Sunscape. I've stayed in many resorts throughout the Caribbean and I'd have to say the staff, at this resort, were the unfriendliest I've ever experienced. I found 3 women (from the entire trip) who were a pleasure to deal with, these women were so pleasant, attentive and just amazing people. Whats funny is the friendliest staff there were not native to the island but came from Jamaica!

Customer service was terrible. Food wasn’t that great. The facilities are outdated. People working there is unfriendly.

A problem with having the public beach next to sunscape. The locals, (teens) will cross over and do steal, we lost a small Item. So careful of what you have laying around. The snorkeling was wonderful.

If I can give this property a rating below zero that’s what I would do. I had such a terrible experience at this property. The rooms were filthy. They were severely understaffed. The property itself needs a major renovation. The food selection was terrible. The service was very unsatisfactory. This was such a horrific experience. I would never stay at another Sunscape property. If Staying on the resort was our only option we were had such a horrible vacation. There was nothing about this property that we liked. From the moment of check-in to check out, our stay was horrendous. We got to the hotel around 1 PM. Our room wasn’t ready until about 4:30. They weren’t even apologetic about it. The room was disgusting, Our ceiling was leaking the whole five day duration of our day, And when we inform the staff, the best thing they could do is come to the room and put down towels under the leak. They restock the mini fridge once during our stay. We had to call to ask hotel staff to come clean the room. The restaurants on the resort was zero out of 10. The wait Is always long and the food always comes out cold. Honestly, this was such a disappointing experience. It was mind blowing.

Love the resort, the beach was amazing. Perfect resort for weekend or family vacation. The air conditioning needs updating. But overall it was an excellent vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunscape. The only negative comment we have was room service was difficult to reach. The would continue to ring and we would have to try several times before we reached anyone to take our order.
