Most staff were so polite; however, when I checked in, someone was at the front desk and did not acknowledge me, or tell me that someone would be right with me. I had to wait until someone else came to help me. If that was not her job to check me in, that is fine, but at least acknowledge me. The rest of the staff were quite accommodating.
The stay was very comfortable.

Pet friendly was the reason for selecting this location. Room cleanliness was so-so (particularly the shower)

Room was very clean we liked that dogs are accepted and the free breakfast was good as well, staff very friendly at check in and check out

Everything it a little bit ok I just want to said if you have 3 kids this hotels it not for that n they not charging the towels after 3 days n some of the staff they are so rude We not staying there again but GodBless them n Thank You
