Good property, nice hospitality but they must change their 1960 model lift.

Only so so … good location

It is really only so so. Our room had been refurbished (and I paid extra for that) but the pillows and mattress wasn’t great. There were extra pillows in the wardrobe but without pillow covers so not much use. Service mixed - they don’t have a restaurant open but we’re happy to put something in the fridge for us. But when we wanted some hot water for tea they could not provide that in the afternoon. I would have been happy to pay. There is a coffee machine in the room but that never works for tea. Breakfast was just ok. Lots of choice but quality of product not great. (Awful bread rolls). Good tea at breakfast though. All in all mixed. There are better hotels in Wilhelmshaven at that price point I think.

Will Never Visit This Hotel Again

Checking in and out was good.Room size was not correct , too small. Real old elevator from 1972 without door obstruction sensor . Door closes on us when whether we were in elevator or not. Plus there carpet in elevator was loose causing myself to stumble upon entering elevator. Breakfast itself was plenty , but Breakfast Servers were not polite. For me they missed the mark!

Ontvangst was alleraardigst. Hotel zelf is netjes, maar kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ontbijt is ruim voldoende. Centrum met restaurants is op circa 5 minuten lopen. Parkeren kan langs de straat of tegen een kleine vergoeding op een afgesloten parkeerterrein.

Not great not terrible just disappointing.

The German version of Faulty Towers. No parking on arrival and the room was tired and noisy. The bathroom was huge but very dated and tired. No AC so the bedroom was hot with the windows closed but the outside noise meant it was not possible to open the windows and still sleep.
