The woman in the office was awesome. She went above and beyond, to let us check in early. Super friendly. I think she was the manager. This really made a difference. Sometimes it's the little stuff that makes a BIG impression.

Front office is not 24 hrs, late check-in is a problem.
We had to pay a fee.
