Room was clean and inviting. Sue was very nice and knowledgeable about surrounding area. Place was within walking distance from beach. We visit a couple times a year and Crystal Beach will be our first pick to check for availability

Sue was lovely, she made us feel at home. The pool and hanging out area was good to catch some sun. Walkable distance to the beach and Wildwoods sign. VERY clean. There is a grill that can be used if you want. I will definitely be staying there again. Oh and there is parking!

Excellent experience! Clean rooms and a friendly environment within walking distance of the beach and a variety of restaurants.
The associate at the front desk was AMAZING! She offered excellent customer service and recommendations, which we greatly appreciated.
We will be back for the customer service alone!

Horrible experience
Posted 9 Sep 2023 on HotelsI was issued, by Hotel.com, a reference number that entailed a full refund to myself from this merchant and I have not yet received my credit. It’s been a while and the lady said to Hotels.com the charge is being reversed and it has not.

You actually did not stay at our property. Instead, you opted to walk in front of customers waiting in line to demand a spot for your sports car. Then after the front desk person asked you nicely to please wait your turn. You instead chose to create a scene and used foul language and attempted to assault the front desk clerk. We asked you to leave the property quietly. You made the reservation the same day as your arrival and were fully aware of the same day reservation refund policy. You also did the same to neighboring hotels for which we are well aware of. No refund was due in your situation and we also refrained from calling law enforcement.
