"This is virtually identical to their serviced apartments, but i had so many bad experiences there lately that i thought that i would pay 60usd more for the chance to get dishes and cutlery in the room and a faster checkin. But while we had dishware without additional fee, the room is identical, maybe a little less shadows from other buildings. Check in man was very friendly, but we got there at 11.30pm and kept ringing the bell, but no answer. The process of checking in would be nicer if we could do some online. After long drive a 10minute checkin is annoying. Fee for dog is high. Parking is ok convenient but still have to go thru lobby. Room was so warm. No way to control thermostat. Called down to lobby a couple times, no answer. Checkout not friendly by woman. They wanted to charge 20 euro if more than 10min. After 11am. We have stayed probably 30 times at this brand. We stay for the kitchen. Otherwise there are much cheaper and comparable options nearby. The customer service has deteriorated every year. Too bad. "
