You could not check in there. You had to go across the street. We were on the second floor. We had to take outside stairs up. There was a leak somewhere, because the carpet was wet around the bathroom door. Everything seemed a little dangerous for 2 women in their 70s. They told us when we checked in that we would be charged $50 extra that we would be returned when we checked our if everything was in order. We slept a few hours and checked out. The next day I was charged an extra $57.75 on my credit card with no explanation. I am still trying to reach them to get it straightened out!!

There were no cups in the room.

The room was nice and clean. Check-in was across the street at a different hotel. The only negative was that the showerhead was 5' high. The dinner across the street was an example of a classic greasy spoon.

The particular Travelodge by Wyndham, is administered by the hotel across a busy street. They will not let you take care of business over the phone. There was no notice that the room would not be serviced daily. There was a towel left behind from the previous 'tenant'. That is why the low number on service. The agents at the front desk of the 'other' hotel were very kind and professional. I kept extending my stay and they were very accommodating. I've done that at other hotels and they will sometimes make you move to another room.

Jason,I am sorry to hear that your experience was not to as it should be.This is the first that I have heard of roaches.There are bugs that have come in from the fields that resemble roaches as our routine Exterminator has pointed out his last visit, from this past harvest.We do have our hotels Exterminator as a routine maintenance spray on a regular schedule. Again, my apologizes for your inconvenience.
