The motel is always fine. Expedia is where my issue lies! They couldn't make my reservation due to the motel was already fully booked, but they never let me know. I show up to the motel to find out that my room reservation could not be honored.

Staff was mia at check in. More worried about something else away from desk. Bathroon in poor condition fans never work. 1 large and 1 small towel for 2 people. Outlets do not work well.

It was a very pleasant experience overall. I did find it curious that they provided shampoo and conditioner in the tub/shower but did not provide soap. The did provide soap but it was mounted on the wall next to the sink.

The beds were not queen beds like it said I paid for a double queen. The rooms where filthy, hair all over the bathroom, looks like someone before me spilled something on the floor and it never got cleaned. Only one towel in the bathroom for 4 people. We woke up the next morning and the sheet was coming off the bed and then we realized there was what looked like blood or dark red something all over the side of the bed that MY KIDS slept in 😡
The breakfast bar was pretty much empty and no coffee. Could not find anyone from the front desk for over 30 min so we had to make our own coffee.
I would NOT recommend this place for anyone go somewhere else.

Stayed 5 nights no housekeeping was done at all
