When i went to check-in, i was given a key to a room that had not been cleaned, i was told it would be 30 minutes, it was an hour later before i was told it was clean, I went out to eat and when i returned, had to call the desk to find out why my room had no water. I understand there was a repair, but it also means we had to wait 30 more minutes before using the tub that is the reason I choose that bedroom. and when the water came back on, it was orange and full of sediment. Will not be back, the front desk on Saturday seemed like he could care less what happened

I give the room 1 out of 10 for cleanliness. No towels were left in the room (When we asked the front desk about it, housekeeper standing next to him shrugged her shoulders and walked to the back room). No hand soap in the despenser. Toilet didn't propley flush and ran all night. Patio door was FILTHY! Floor was not vacuumed or mopped. Old 2 liter of opened coke was left in the fridge. Beyond the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel because it looked like a decent pool and had a hot tub. Pool was cloudy. Hot tub was colder than the pool. All my husband and I wanted to do was relex in a hot tub after a long drive. When we were checked in, we got to the room and key card worked. Light was green but when we went to open the door it was locked. We tired 2 more times before we went to the front desk. Front desk attenedent rescanned our keys and gave us a "new" room. I believe he gave us keys to the wrong room. I hope we didn't scare the people in the room and thank goodness they properly locked the door. Unless you do not care about anything we had to say I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! I read the comments after we stayed (I know I should have before we booked and learned my lesson). Any comments from management left are a joke. They didn't fix any of my problem's left by other guests.

We have stayed here before but it's gone way downhill. Tried to check in but key cards wouldn't work. Before we were able to get working cards, we were treated rudely by staff. There were homeless inside and out. Trash all around the parking lot, elevator making loud clunking noises. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We liked the pool and exercise room. But our ac wasnt working, the sink did not drain. The towel bar was missing. They advertise free breakfast, but there is none. They didnt even have coffee in the lobby. A fight broke out at night and blood was left uncleaned on the wall. This hotel should not be Plus. It used to be great but I will not be back.

Our truck was broke into over night. It’s just not a good area, a homeless man was walking through the hotel and lobby when we checked in. You can tell this is a hotel where alotnof drugs and shady people are at

Friendly place with crackheads in the parking lot and in the building. Icing on the cake was somebody left a human turd on the floor in the hallway by the lobby. Also had a ball of pubic hair in the geriatric 5 minute wait elevator.
