The check in lady must have had a bad day. She didn't come out until I said "hello". When she came out she said "you're at the wrong terminal". So I stepped over to the other computer and said "this is where you should be" No hello, thank you...nothing. When we checked out in the am, the lady wasn't quite as rude, but no greeting to us, nor thank you. We thanked her ?????
I tried cancelling another holiday Inn on our return trip, but we booked it wrong and wasn't able to cancel. Fortunately, the lady in OK was in a much better mood.

Check in time was great! Had a sick and tired child. The clerk in the front desk was great checked me in right away. Thank you!

Efficient check in. Clean room, mild wear and tear and stain in bathroom with need to restock pump soap locked on wall. Towels clean and breakfast was very clean and good

Numerous stains in room on carpet. Hair on floor of bathroom. Room was not vacuumed either before we checked into room. Sheets were clean. Pillows are comfortable. Decent place to sleep just needs better housekeeping!

Bed were comfortable. It was clean. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was good. Lots of options including some healthier things. Pool and hot tub were nice. Overall good stay and ehat you would expect from this hotel.
