The hotel is being remodeled. The rooms are decent and clean. The ceiling is stained, carpet torn on the stairs and the elevator was dirty. In addition there is a single working elevator on property that is out of inspection and hold only 2 people.

This motel was great. Large and roomy, wonderful large rooms clean and no smelly odors. Would definitely stay again.

Price was perfect! The MOST important 3 things in any hotel is a comfortable bed; like this one.
The area around the front door needs inspected/walked and picked up at least every 12 hours.
The fitness center is great and better than most including the Courtyard in KCMO.

We stay here a lot and we love this place!! Always clean!! Smells great! Rooms are clean and smell great. Staff is awesome! I highly recommend! Breakfast is hot and delicious!!!
