The property told us the could not even provide coffee in lobby as water was not safe to drink. Hptel provide nothing but reasonably comfortable bed.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I will investigate these issues and get them corrected. Coffee and coffee makers are available upon request at the front desk. My apologizes if you didn't receive coffee in our lobby. Confusion from our front desk agent on the water. We are not required to provide bottled water for the coffee makers as almost all restaurants and convenience stores in our area use tap water for all coffee and fountain drinks. Because we generally use bottled water, and it was not available at the time our front desk clerk assumed that we could not provide coffee for our guest because she is new.we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We take all feedback seriously and will work to address any issues to ensure that our guests receive the best service possible.

Dear Guest,I am sorry your experience was not as you expected. Our Baymont in Wellington Kansas is a newer facility, under 10 years old. I am not quite sure what repairs you are referring to that need to be updated.I would love the opportunity to correct the repairs needed if I could get more detail.All feed back is taken serious and is used to better our guest experience.

There aren’t many hotels to choose from in this small town. Priced a bit high considering there is no breakfast included or attractions nearby.

We were informed by staff that the Internet was slow but we were in the best spot to get a connection. We were unable to get any connection and when we went to ask at the front desk we were told we were out of luck that there was nothing they could do. The hotel is used by railroad staff and people were coming and going all night long. Not a restful place to stay.

Convenient location near I 35. Penny's Diner within easy walking distance and open 24 hours. I stayed 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once and that was at my request. No coffee maker in the room.

Beds were comfortable. With two of us looking we could find no way to turn the shower on in rm 224. It was either broken or we needed directions. This was extremely inconvenient since sitting in the tub was prohibitive for us.

very nice stay with diner adjacent. Only complaint is that elevator sounded bit rickety so i walked up & down stairs to my room.
