Checked in but only dropped things in and took off to attend to a family matter...upon returning a few hours later took a closer look at the room and it was hortibly unclean...floor dirty...bugs flying around...mold and dirt on shower curtain and shower...left room immediately went to front desk to request a refund did not want to stay there..they refused...would never recommend

DIRTY, toilet not cleaned, 1 bed sheets were dirty, not changed, (hair/dirt/lint present), baby roach in bed stamp present and partner killed it, floor not swept/mopped, no Kleenex, NO bath mat, door dirt(key knob/key plate), not dusted, entire lamps not dusted, behind mite stand not swept, cigarette ashes, rooms does smell of smoke, flying bugs. We had Lysol so we sprayed. I am actually afraid to stay here but partner is exhausted & doesn’t want to move. Security lock is broken. Ice machine broken. Can’t get ice.

One bed had a stained comforter the other bed had holes. Pull the sheets back to a flee. Open the door, turned on the lights and started killing roaches. Empty shampoo package in the bathroom . Trash cans outside overflowing. Two good takeaways, the clerk was respectful and the room ac was cold

This was by far the filthiest, bug infested most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Walked inside the room and roaches all over the wall and floor. Bedding was filthy and stained, walls had remains of paper signs taped to them. Outside the hotel was sketchy as well. Odor of marijuana permeating the property and dry users walking through the property, unsure if there were guests or just neighborhood overflow. Went back to the front desk, turned in the key and said there was no way I would start there.
Long story, don't consider staying here.
