Pros
- The service is fantastic. The best team of dedicated, polite, friendly and service minded staff ever. Everybody will go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. You feel very special here.
- The view at this property is amazing. Baba Nest and Tu Bar has the best view
- The rooms are large and comfortable. The layout is great and the bed is very comfortable
- The food and the daily buffet are amazing
- This resort has zero flies. It’s really odd but you don’t need to worry about trying to fend off the flies while having your food outdoors. Not sure what their secret is but it makes it a good experience.
- The experience at Cool Spa is fantastic. My therapist was professional and attentive.
Cons
- The property is showing its age. The decor and furniture need a major refresh for this price.
- We stayed at Pool Suite 2 and the room needs reno. The shower has mold around the edges. The bathtub has permanent scratches and needs a replacement. Water was leaking near one of the windows near the door.
- The tiles in the pool in our suite was super rough and just not pleasant to walk on or touch.
- The pool is cold. It’s not heated or anything so we couldn’t even use it because we were cold
- The food at Soul Food was disappointing. Given that we are Thailand, the Thai food here is sub par. Not worth the price.

Resort takes up the bottom end of panwa, villas are very private and great amenities and staff

Staff were extremely attentive, even stopping our cab at the front gate to bring us something via motorbike we’d left in the room following check out. The resort is beautifully designed and allows full relaxation and seclusion.

They received us well and let us into our room exactly on time, the hotel stay was exceptional and wonderful, during the stay and until check out of the hotel I had these comments:
* There is no cooperation in the possibility of getting an early check-in and they are annoyingly strict with the check-in and check-out policy.
* The food options for breakfast are limited and I hope they will be improved in the future.
* When ordering coffee or eggs during breakfast, you have to wait for about half an hour, and you cannot take the coffee yourself and it is a negative point and I hope it will be improved.
* When checking out at the reception they have an employee named (DEW) she was very rude and refused to serve me herself and did not provide me with the correct information about the subsequent procedures after check-out and did not provide me with a transfer service to the airport even though I had told them that I wanted to get this service upon check-in, all the advantages in this resort have become bad after dealing with this employee, I have never seen such rudeness before.
The overall resort rating is low due to the (DEW) employee’s behavior.
