This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen . We checked out after 2 hours of checking in once we noticed the AC was not working properly , there was dry blood stain on the bed sheet , the flooring was warped and uneven , the amenities were old and dirty

Dear guest, on your arrival date you just asking for the bigger room because you said you are big man and need bigger room but didn't complaint anything then we inform you that there will be extra charged for room upgrade then you asking to check the upgrade cost when we inform you the details you have change your mind not upgrade the room and ok to stay in the original room you have been booked if we just get your complaint or need any assist we are happy to help or support but this case we receive nothing

Great for the Ferry
Posted 12 Mar 2024 on HotelsVery conveniently located to Lomprayah Phuket ferry Check in terminal which is why i stayed here. The terminal was a 60 second walk from the front door. I Was delighted to find that the hotel was very modern abd comfortable. Beautiful pool and really friendly staff. During the night i cold hear other hotel guests slamming bedroom doors. Rooms not very well i insulated. Also had to pay a cash deposit which i was unaware of and not had to do in a long while. However, had a lovely shower in the morning and kept cool all night with the air conditioning. Overall convenient location, great price and lovely staff.

This place was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The bed was so comfortable it made our stay even better. I will def return. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised.

We stayed here for one night because of the location. The Lomprayah bus stop is directly across from the front of the hotel. Very convenient. Hotel is really fancy with a great swimming pool, gym, sauna and laundry. A shopping mall is a 5 minute walk away with lots of food options.

Avoidable

Dirty saving money on cleaning no soap except in shower no tissues no hand towels no tea only 2 coffee satchels nothing around need to order GRAB food or walk 10 minutes to Central. Against management to give 2 keycards only one for 3 people in quad room.
