"Our stay was from 3-8 May 2021. When we arrived, the cleaners were late, so we couldn’t check in at 2pm as promised. We were not informed until we arrived at the property that the room wouldn’t be ready for hours. We finally got in after 4:30pm. The next day, we returned from breakfast to find a man in our apartment - no warning, no calls to inform us.
