Whitsunday Island hotel rooms a the Independent

"Its central location & reception staff are absolutely wonderful. Honestly, the reception team are amazing and did anything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible - exceptional. The decor needs a refresh in our opinion. For example the floor covering lets the hotel down. Such the old fashioned carpet needs changing with wood/ tiled flooring. The hotel’s really for people who like to listen to loud music, live music, a pub culture etc. For example, we never used the outdoor pool - which looked nice - but just too noisy because of the loud bar music. "
