It was a nice stay. The decor is stuck in 1995 with the wallpaper, and room amenities, but it was clean. Maybe in 2040 they will add some EV charging stations.

We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful as well.

Not your typical hotel
Posted 2 Jul 2023 on HotelsLike many small towns in rural Kentucky, affordable housing options are few and far between. This hotel also rents rooms by the week and I was told that several of their employees live at the hotel. That said, on a Saturday night there were few "customers" and I saw mostly "live-ins" -- many of whom looked like they had fallen, or came, from hard times. The hotel is older, but my room was clean and the poeple were friendly. I don't want to leave a bad review -- the hotel is meeting a need that exists. (On another note, the pool was not operational and looked like it had not been for quite some time.) Best wishes to all.
