Reception staff nice. Feel sorry for room service staff for the crap vaccim cleaner provided to them to do the task.The vaccum in reality sucks nothing. Mr owner . Please look into this.

The great guy at reception allowed me to change my room to a downstairs room due to a knee problem. Upgraded at no extra cost. Would definitely stay again.

Lots of hassle about $200 bond required although room had been paid for in full before we arrived. Not the fault of staff who were very polite. Bad management. Room was clean and bathroom ok but a dearth of what is usually provided. Toiletries sparse to say the least. Shower inconvenient without any place for soap or shampoo. Only one pillow

Dirty floor, need spare towels, front of fridge damaged and small bottle of milk would be good.
