The reception lady was lovely however the room was not very clean waz very old and outdated room that smelt musty Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable shower pressure was bad and no heating had to use an oil heater, dinning chair's were broken Would never stay there again Was very over priced They need to upgrade everything about the rooms

I am not surprised Stephanie Lamont gave us a bad rap,She advised me she was bringing her dog, we dont allow pets in our accommodation, and some pet owners are offended when you tell them not to bring their pets

Nice setting, there was no one at the offices, no communication, a mouse ran across the floor Overall we did enjoyed our stay.

the guests didnt include their 2 adult children in their booking, and were unhappy to pay the additional charge, which i had discounted by 25%They also were under the impression that the accommodation had 2 bathrooms, none of our chalets have 2 bathrooms, and there wouldnt have been an inconvenience for 2 adults, as bookedIts unfortunate that they drove so far to feel let down,but the errors were made at the time of booking

The unit we stayed needed to do big maintenance starting from Bathroom and finishing windows (shower was leaking, it was hard to close windows) and couple of fans in the unit would be great as it was very hot and kids could not sleep at all. so was not quite enjoyable stay.

thanks for the feedback, its a pity we werent aware of the issues you raised , we could have made fans available, as for the shower, we checked them all cant find any leaks, as your name has been withheld we cant identify the cabin you stayed in,

Cottage had old school charm, felt like a kiwi batch. But in need of an upgrade in the kitchen and bathroom especially.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes I understand about the showers I myself would like a longer shower but due to the amount of guests staying and water available this is not possible. Thank you for staying with us
