as an experienced traveler - if they need to cover the costs - raise the room cost and be done with these hidden costs

Thank you for your review but I don't think you are familiar with Management Rights apartments. (Australasian model). These are not 'hidden' costs. As advertised we supply a full set of linen and an initial start-up of dishwash, dishwasher powder, laundry liq., Shampoo, Body wash, tissues, toilet paper etc. but after that guests are expected to provide their own. We do not service the rooms everyday - this is dependent on length of stay.

Fantastic location, seaview from balcony, easy to walk to restaurants, shops & the beach. Well-appointed apartments including options for wet weather stays. Host very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

Don’t take highest 309 though it’s a gravel road for about 10 miles

The property is very convenient to local services, restaurants and has an outstanding outlook, Would definitely stay again.
