Towel bar, toilet paper holder, coat rack and toilet seat are all either loose or falling off the wall. Gap around door to outside. Asked desk staff to not have our room cleaned because there was no do not disturb sign. Housekeeping removed towels but didn't put new back. Coffee was not replenished. Would not recommend this hotel!!

TV didn't work. Phone was broken. Bed was noisy and hard. The back building is in a bad area. The room smelled.

It smelled like smoke when arriving. Other then that it was fine.

Staff was very pleasant. However, I requested a non- smoking room and the room smelled like stale smoke and the white lampshade was yellowed from cigarette smoke and a hole burned in the bedspread. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom where someone had slammed the door handle and towel hook through the wall. The peep hole viewer in the door to outside was missing and had a piece of toilet tissue stuck in it. We were only given 2 towels and wash cloths and only 1 hand towel for 3 nights. There was no ice bucket in the room. Had 2 ice machines outside but 1 was broken. The room was clean except for the smell of stale smoke. Not terrible but definitely needs some maintenance done.

They didn’t have enough towels in the room and they said they didn’t have any

Bed sheets stinks, breakfast is a joke, no caffeinated coffee, noises all night, people talking and cars going around the parking lot, too expensive for that kind of motel
