Staff are wonderful. Hotel is nice. Breakfast was a plus.

Overall it was fine and very quiet! Easy highway access. But there was not hot water in either room I rented. Kinda hard to shower and shave, as we had an event to attend and we were also the entertainment. The water issue was noted by other hotel guests as well. When I brought it up to the front, I was told it must have just been our room, then I noted it was the other room as well and other guests complained too. Also, I let them know there was a huge gross stain on the lounge chair, and the desk chair was wobbly. Personally, the bed was horrible. It was very hard to turn around in and move. It felt like quicksand, lol. It's like we were fighting for our life! We've stayed at IHG before without issues and would honestly still try here again. But there needs to be some improvements here to match other IHG we have stayed and have thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast, parking and absolute quite would have us interested. The other issues would have us think twice.
Breakfast was great with the exception the OJ was out each time.
Everyone we met was personable and welcoming, with the exception of the last person. Probably due to us letting her know of the encountered issues.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times and it’s always nice and clean. Also, Jalen, the front desk work has impeccable customer service and a reason I keep returning!
