One bed looked like someone had laid on it for a while it also had a foot smell and the tub had a piece of soap in it so u know it wasnt clean and we also had no bars of soap

They were building new storage units right outside our window that started right at 7 am. Someone above us was very heavy footed stomping their feet until 1am. There was a barking dog. The bed was very hard, both my husband and I woke up with our hips hurting. The pillows on the bed were flat and the size of a throw pillow for a couch and we got a king size bed. We wanted to upgrade our room to a suite when we got there because our kids and grandkids wanted to come see us and have pizza but was told we couldn’t because we booked our room on Expedia. Oh and they tried charging us $25 for my service dog. We won’t be staying there again.

i apprecite the kindness and explanation, but one thing is that the bed sheet is a bit old and not very elastic, and the heater is so noisy that i couldnt sleep i hope you can upgrade it a little for business thank you

Overall, we had a great stay at this Best Western. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs. We had an issue with the AC as a weird smell was coming from the unit during our stay. A mildew smell. If you are assigned room 415, heads up, it smells foul.
