"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. "We had apartment 4, nice big apartment, comfortable. Cleaning standards could've some improvements! Plenty of bath towels. TV was not working and we couldn't figure it out. When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. "Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

The bed is on a mezzanine, however comfortable and I was pleased there was a fan I could use to keep me cool on one of the hottest days of the year. "What a lovely place. I booked really late only a few days in advance but it was no problem. Even checking in 2 hours later than I said due to flight delays. Car park is £10 per which isn’t cheap but hassle free. Check in instructions perfect and when you get in the place is lovely. It’s warm yes but there are fans.
