We visit Whitby every October, this was the first time in a hotel and we absolutely loved it. Cosy pub with plenty of food choice, very comfortable beds, kettle in room (yippee!), superb staff and the holy grail: full breakfast menu included (please don’t stop doing this!). Plenty of parking. The outside areas were lovely, a pond with a duckboard walkway, picnic benches if you fancy sitting outside, and a view of the countryside from the dining room windows. We will definitely return.

The staff were friendly and helpful, plus a big thank you to Diana who rearranged our stay with an upgrade and we were absolutely made up with it.
