Service and condition during Nov15-Nov 26 2924 was terrible for the following reasons. We will not stay there again, and will not recommend anyone to stay there.
1) Room cleaning is not good - left used towels on the ground, did not leave cleaning product for guests.
2) Noisy sound whole night for days from the losing duct outside the window - the hotel management does not address the issue even a recorded sound was played for the management.
3) There is no water for over 10 hours at night,and then only cold water is available. It was a 8 degrees weather. The management didn’t address the issue that the customers were not happy and paid for full amount.
4) After customers complained about the water issue, at the end the general manager promised to refund half night cost. However only 1/3 a night cost was refunded. There is no apology.
Management in this hotel is rude.

We were doing renovations at our house, had to stay in hotel for 2 days, we were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise, much appreciated.

Booked here because it was out of Toronto and easy access to the highway. Marriott is dependable and clean. This hotel doesn’t disappoint and keeps the standards.
