Dealing with the Administration whiskijack was fantastic! Everything about the property was Excellent One thing when you leave property you need to put parking pass and gate Access card in box leaving the complex, You do not need swipe card to leave but you need to go to car get pass then walk back take pass in then back again Way easier to drive out, go through the bus loop park for 1 minute drp off at front door Great place! Nice hot tub off M/Bedroom

This is a great property located mid-point to everything. Unfortunately, it needs an update. The communication and the check-in direction are very clear.

This year we are adding new blinds to the unit, which will help with a refresh. The bathrooms (actually more like a spa) were renovated and so were the beds and carpets - within the past 10 years.

In the heart of Whistler Village! Two bathrooms is a plus, no need to wait or share! The only issue was there is no air conditioner in the unit, and it got HOT. Keeping the windows open at night isn’t an option as Whistler Life is just below your room window. Plus, the loud hot tub on the patio (odd, I agree) is even louder when you have the slider open. I’m sure the place is great when it’s not warm outside. It did have a peculiar odor in the stairway from the main bedroom to the living space.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the central location and having two bathrooms. We are quite clear about the lack of air conditioning in this unit. New blinds are being installed this summer to help with light and temperature control. In the meantime, we recommend keeping blinds and windows closed during the day and opened at night. We loved the private hot tub. Location was amazing and very central in the village. Fridge didn’t seem to be working well so did not keep our food and drinks cold. There were also no extra pillows and comforter for the pull out couch.

We are usually able to help with a faulty fridge, so I hope that you contacted our team as soon as you noticed the issue. We provide sheets, a blanket and pillows for the sofabed in the closet - we do not provide a duvet. Again, we are always around and can deliver pillows, extra blankets as needed.
