Not very good
Posted 9 Feb 2019 on HotelsThis is was no best place. Big suite, but in a very old biyiling. Hallway always smelled like garbage. Hot tub tripped the faulty breaker, and we left without electricity. Had to pay $100 to get it back on. Wifi is not existent. No reception desk, no elevator. I would never do this again.

Thank you for your review. The breaker has been replaced. The wifi was checked and its working fine. Not sure what happened during your stay. The reception desk is in Town Plaza

Location great! However dirty. Deep cleaning required. Dirty base boards, doors and corners. Very disappointed as I am being charged for a cleaning fee that’s over $125.
I was told it’s non smoking but found cigar and cigarette butts on the deck, plus beer can.
The sofa was torn, Ans the iron handle is broken therefore Unsafe.
We are asked at the end of our visit to discard of our garbage plus asked to load a dishwasher, what are we paying a cleaning fee for???
When we went to drop the garbage there were no signs on the doors downstairs to where the actual garbage room is.
The hot tub was great, but we are only given 5 towels and we are a family of 5 who also needed towels to shower. This was not good.

Worth the price. But $125 cleaning.
Posted 14 May 2018 on HotelsThere is no elevator. Floors were dirty. Bathroom baseboards looked like they have never been cleaned. Seems like previous stays have caused some damage. Not bad for an old building.

Beautiful self-contained 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo
Posted 9 Oct 2017 on HotelsBeautiful condo located in Whistler Village, with shops and restaurants steps away (everything in the village is within a 5 minute walk). Definitely not the place to rent if you cannot do stairs. Amenities in the suite include fridge, stove, dishwasher, electric fireplace (that pushes out great heat), sauna, and all of the cooking/eating utensils you'll need, and is stocked with paper towel and toilet paper; also, free parking for 1 vehicle. If booking through Hotels.com, you are not told that you need to go to Whistler Reception (located at 4314 Main Street (about a 3 minute walk from the condo), to get the key codes to get into the Lodge. There is no reception or on-site staff at HearthStone Lodge. Recommend you drive to Whistler Reception first, get the codes, park your car, then you do have to carry your luggage up to 3 floors). So set your GPS to Whistler Reception first, then go to the Lodge.
