I would give the room a 4.2 to 4.5 if it was just about that. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is well situated in the village. What makes it a 5 is the staff. I have never met more friendly and accommodating staff anywhere. From Tom at valet, the front desk staff and the chamber maids, this place chooses their people well. Great recommendations for restaurants or places to check out. A lot of Aussie accents around here. They’re fantastic. Aussie Aussie Aussie. Oi Oi Oi!!!

The fact our room was magically ready at 4pm and we couldn’t be checked in even a minute early is questionable…

Great location in the heart of the village, quiet, clean suite. Very friendly staff and loved the private rooftop hot tub.

Recently stayed at the Sundial and it was wonderful as always. Thanks to Gemma at the front desk for going above and beyond for service. They offered a upgraded suite to us and the room didnt disappoint. Thanks again to the valet guys and the staff for making our trip relaxing. See you guys soon!

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything was excellent. The service, the hotel, our room, and to top it off, a free spa bath session on the rooftop. What could be better?
