The suite was cute and a good layout, towels were very clean, linens were crisp and fresh. Furniture was nice too. But with no AC and only 4 small windows with no air flow and no screens it was very very hot and stuffy. They did bring us two more fans which made it bearable but not comfortable. Also, the dishwasher was broken so that was difficult. The whole place could use a refresh. I would t recommend for a summer stay but in winter it would probably be very cozy.

Easy access and conveniently close to everything.
Posted 10 Mar 2021 on HotelsCheck in and out was a breeze with the pleasant and helpful front desk staff. The underground parking was convenient as was the free and secure ski storage at the rental shop just off the lobby. Easy to pick-up the skis for the short walk to the gondola. Everything was clean with lots of conveniently placed sanitizers. They also have self opening doors to and from the garage which makes it convenient when you're loaded down with gear. Felt very safe during our stay.
I took off a few points for the fact that we couldn't get the room's phone or DVD player to work, and the room door wouldn't lock when we wanted to go out for dinner. I managed to fix the door lock myself but not until 20 min. after going to the front desk and eventually being told that service calls aren't possible during covid if you're already in the room. They graciously offered to upgrade us to another room but I'd fixed the door by that point. Lesson learned: During covid, do a quick check that everything works before you move in.
Minor problems aside, we recommend them as we enjoyed our stay at Glacier Lodge and would gladly do so again.

Pretty clean, we spent only 1 night. Cleaner than other places, if you are looking for a simple place where to sleep it’s more than ok

Great location and friendly staff. Easy check in and out.
Parking stalls are very small. Noise was the biggest issue. We could hear all conversations in the hall and from our neighbors. Often woken up at night because of this.
