Disappointed on many fronts.
-Room was not ready when checking in
-broken glasses put away as clean
-cold room, heater blowing cold air
-Tv not working

It appears this was overlooked by our team, and we will make sure to remind everyone to carefully inspect the dishware during room checks in the future.Regarding your early check-in, our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and we see you were able to check in at 3:50 PM. While we strive to accommodate early arrivals when possible, early check-ins are subject to availability, and on busy days, we may not always be able to offer this option.After inspecting the heater in your room, we found that it was set to "dry mode." To activate the heating function, simply switch it to "heat mode."If you ever encounter any maintenance issues or need assistance with the heater, TV, or any other in-room amenities, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Guest Services team. We’d be more than happy to have a member of our maintenance staff assist you promptly.
