My shower wasn't clean coming back from town there was a smell of weed in the property. I enjoyed my experience last time so i came back after this experience no i wouldn't

Some of the staff was very helpful, had a bad experience at the restaurant my table was not clean so requested if they could help me, the staff member gives me a duster and I had to clean it on my own, No cleaning was done of the room on the next day as my bins were full and no towels were refreshed and so I had to request to do so, and soon it was done. Had requested for a room with sea view they replied that it was not available didn’t give any options and there was no reply for the note I had sent to them..

Overpriced for the standard of the hotel. Staff were excellent and caring. Concerned at interrogation checkin, never had to use photo I’d to prove myself in a uk hotel! Buy some new towels and put some air freshener about

Good points: Central location & close to the seafront Bad points: reception is to the rear of the property through a car park. Not signposted. On my way to hotel I got caught in a heavy downpour then spent 30 mind shivering in wet clothes trying to get into the property to check in. I tried the reception phone number at least 10 times & only managed to get in after trying adjoining restaurant a few times The check in took ages and I was dealt with in a very perfunctory manner. Had to carry heavy luggage myself & wasnt shown to my room (just up to the floor) wasn’t exactly straightforward to find. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable but I had an old sash window which wouldn’t close and was only covered by a pair of shabby curtains which barely closed properly. The shower had weak pressure and was cold. Shower door very flimsy and it suddenly made sense why they kept going on about fines for property damage during check in. The bed itself was reasonably comfortable but due to the window the room was freezing - i felt vulnerable & couldn’t get any sleep. Fixtures and fittings generally poor and felt like I was staying in a bedsit. I didn’t want to have to go back down to complain about room as I was worried about getting locked out again. Check out was ok. Different person on reception and she was at least somewhat interested and concerned about my feedback. Apart from that a thoroughly unpleasant experience didn’t want to stay for breakfast and was glad to leave.
