Lovely breakfast, very cosy historical farm house, excellent countryside area. Sorry to be late for check-in(didn't notice only 16:00-18:00 check-in hours), and Ms Woods had to wait for me for a few hours. Overall we had a nice stay in East farm house.

Lovely place to stay. Especially liked the nostalgic touches. Really felt like we'd stepped back in time. Very friendly landlady. Even had farmyard animals.

Lovely traditional B&B, full of family history, an eclectic collection of animals and artefacts! very friendly welcome and lovely breakfast. Great location close to village pub, swannery and tropical gardens

Friendly and pleasant hostess. Difficult parking. The room is small. Suitable for one night without unpacking things. Short check in (2 hours)
