Room 216 was a bit of a route March of which there was no mention when booking.
Bath screen quite small so getting wrapped up whilst showering is a bit of an issue. & bath quite slippery. Rest of room very clean
Room 112 was good & no problems with it

Not great! Should be 4* but fell way below that rating. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom which clearly hadn’t seen a hoover in a long time!
Loud banging noise directly outside the room until 2am and then the bin men at 5:22am! Wonderful. Carpets were well worn and dirty.
You can hear other guests walking around above and through the walls.
Really glad I paid an extortionate amount of money for my room, NOT. So glad I was only there one night!

Friendly staff. Property a bit old and tired.

We have refurbished all the bedrooms, the corridors, restaurant and reception over the past 2 years. We have plans for the bar later this year. Hopefully we will see you again in the future.
