Excellent service throughout the hotel. Staff is your key asset and they were so friendly, helpful and had a very good way with our child which was important for us. Decor was chic and made created and very inviting overall appearance. Food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service. One small minor point-I thought the pool was a bit cool for a child

Not quite worth the price. Positives were the very polite and helpful staff, the property was nice and clean, and the pool was great! There were some odd downsides, you cannot control the room temperature and it was very hot. When my husband and I asked reception for a corkscrew wine opener, we were directed to the bar, when we asked one of the employees at the bar he looked very confused and told us he didn't have one, then he just walked away... it's a bar so that was rather strange. The property advertises laundry services, even when you get into your room there's an informational guide with a number to call for nighttime laundry services. However, the laundry services are just their own privately hired launderers and are only available until 5pm each day. We were traveling around the country over several weeks, so I was really looking forward to doing some laundry and was pretty disappointed. The best part of the whole stay was the pool, it seemed very clean and I loved the hygienic policies in the locker rooms and pool area.

Can't recommend enough, loved it!
Can't fault anything, we had a great time and enjoyed the well equipped leisure club as well. Great breakfast with an excellent variety, cosy room, everyone at the hotel provided a superb service. Despite a very very busy Sunday, the staff at the bar and restaurant was efficient and professional. We only had evening drinks, no meals, but the coctails were made to perfection! It was an easy and confortable stay, definitely return soon.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and the dinjg room very comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a long day out. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic stay great room and friendly staff
What a refreshing stay the staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more accommodating they managed to find us a ground floor room. We only stayed one night before catching the ferry from Rosslare they gave us a picnic breakfast each as we had to leave before normal service. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had excellent meals. We used the leisure centre which was a bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer

Super stay!
My mam and I spent a night in The Whitford as a late Mother’s Day treat. We could not fault the service, it was exceptional! All of the staff were so lovely. Our food in the bar was beautiful, with an excellent menu to cater for all. Our breakfast the next morning was gorgeous, and the guy who served us was so personable! We asked to have something that wasn’t on the menu and he could not have been more accommodating to help and was just so friendly. The staff make this hotel and we will definitely be back!
