Rebecca the GM was extremely helpful to my entire family while we were in town for my father's funeral. She and her staff made a very difficult time just that much easier. We are all extremely appreciative.

It was alright beside being charged 2 times for our stay and the refund taking 5-7 days

Very nice large room. Staff was friendly. Only issue was the elevator was not working well, had no lights and sounded awful. They did put in temporary lights.
