I’m a platinum Expedia member and I asked the receptionist to give me an upgrade since he have 8 deluxe rooms available and he was so rude and said NO not happening!!!

Peaceful. Best night sleeps. Friendly staff and gives a good feeling, like a home away from home.

Room was small, bed was uncomfortable (like a fold out bed). Room was clean, staff were nice yet slow. Food and coffee was good, valet was good.

I loved the décor and the breakfast.
Valet parking or street parking
I had a big suitcase so I wish they had an elevator

This place was exceptional. I travel a lot for business, and have not been this comfortable in a long time. The decor was stunning and it just felt more like a home, than another boring hotel room. The continental breakfast and easy valet parking (with an extra charge) was just a wonderful bonus. I'd stay here again and again.
