The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly, setting a positive tone from the beginning. "It was great! We needed a ground floor and enjoyed a suite which was much better since we had our cat with us. We really appreciated how wonderful the staff treated us. The only improvement area is a suggestion from my husband is that the breakfast food was not consistent: somedays hot somedays cold pastries."

"The clerk was very nice they gave our children two stuffed bulls when we checked in. That made their day . The room was nice but needed some more cleaning also the conditioner was out but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The parking was right behind the hotel and an easy walk to the lobby entrance which was what we were looking for ! "
